Piercing-Luz was very sterile with all her tools, she opened all the packaging and material in front of me. Her area was clean and well maintained. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing so I was not surprised.
Permanent jewelry- Luz took her time showing me options. She put the bracelet on and asked if the size felt right and adjusted appropriately until I was satisfied.
